A meeting between some members of the I18N and CSS working groups to discuss open issues. New series for 2025 calendar year. *Updating to set the correct time zone in the W3C calendar.*

### When

Monthly on the *third* Tuesday @ 0700 in the `America/Los_Angeles` time zone. (DST/Summer time affect the time of this call, particularly in Tokyo/Beijing)
