hi Denis,

Those links will eventually work as new tests are added to the target 
page. This is what i was referring to with the note below that says:

  * the missing fragments are in documents that will be updated over
    time, so they are expected


Such links have appeared in all of the documents published recently, but 
i added some styling to the -lreq documents to help readers see which 
links point to active content and which are placeholders.
