Re: agenda+ New Thai and Lao lreq docs

There's also a draft for applying the new structure to the alreq doc.  
This is a different kettle of fish from the previous documents, since it 
already contained lots of text.  The existing text was ordered pretty 
closely to the new structure, however, so it wasn't too much of a change.

I'll send a note out to the alreq list to get their input.
