(And some editorial, non- i18n issues, which I already filed.) The spec only uses keywords (‘alg’, ‘typ’, ‘ES384’, ‘id’, etc.), Internet media types, URLs, and dateTime strings with the semantics and syntax of XML Schema; no localizable text. It also says nothing about presenting things to users or interacting with users. I did find one thing we might want to discuss: The spec has an ‘Internationalization’ section, but maybe it shouldn't. It contains nothing useful.
