I've been adding labels to https://github.com/w3c/i18n-activity/issues?page=5&q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen that correspond to specdev section ids (and some with -x that we don't have specdev sections for but probably should have). This provides a way of finding related issues. It also helps us identify where we need to add stuff to specdev. If we then also add links from the specdev sections to lists of related issues, that will help developers find how others have addressed the requirements and point everyone to useful details, beyond what we have documented in our articles etc. It should also be useful for people doing reviews. Any suggestions about how to implement this?
