I18N-ISSUE-366 (BUG16691): Fix euc-kr [encoding] http://www.w3.org/International/track/issues/366 Raised by: Addison Phillips On product: encoding https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=16691 This issue created as part of the LC process. This bug was filed before the WG LC. This issue deals in part with: THE KS X 1001 & UHC INDEX FILE As a result of our discussion on this, I have come to realise that my concern can be addressed simply by listing the characters in a different order in the index file: KS X 1001 from 0 to 94x94 - 1 (following the Japanese indexes) and the additional UHC hangul from 94x94 onwards.... etc...
