Status update (Re: What to do with directionality and ruby in ITS 2.0)

Hi colleaguges,

any feedback on this? I'll try to disucss this at TPAC with Richard and
otheres. The MLW-LT working group want to go to last call at the end of
November, so having the right approach in the ITS 2.0 draft by then would
be great.
