Dear HTML chairs, I'm writing on behalf of the I18N Core WG. We're late on Last Call. This week, no doubt you've noticed, Richard Ishida filed the various issues we have found during our Last Call review of HTML5. We have, I believe, entered all of the issues from our own tracker. Some of these, however, are provisional, not having been reviewed at the WG level. We would like to beg your indulgence. Many of us are on vacation. We would like an additional two weeks to review our comments internally. We are filing our comments in your bugzilla, so they may all be filed prior to your LC end. But we hope you won't mind if we modify, add, or redact some post your deadline? I don't believe we will have a significant number to add. Please let us know how best to ensure that our comments reach you and considered within the rubric of LC. Addison Phillips Globalization Architect (Lab126) Chair (W3C I18N WG) Internationalization is not a feature. It is an architecture.
