[HTML5-prep] http://www.w3.org/International/track/issues/113 Raised by: Addison Phillips On product: HTML5-prep 3.1.3 Resource metadata management http://www.w3.org/TR/html5/dom.html#resource-metadata-management The lastModified field is defined to use the current local time zone, but does not convey any information about that time zone. Shouldn't it?
