I have just finished adding Rick McGowan's suggested edits to the document, and a few other tweaks to bring the document up to date as a base for exploring further editorial and substantive changes prior to publication. See the new version at http://www.w3.org/International/docs/unicode-xml/ Please take a look an suggest any additional changes that may be necessary: a. to complete the refresh b. to add/change substantive information (Please make these comments separately.)
