Subject: ISSUE-88: content-language-multiple - Chairs Solicit Proposals

>ISSUE-88 (content-language-multiple) Should meta/@content allow a list of
languages instead of just a single language?

This is a very recent issue but the only concrete proposal we have at this
point is in the draft. At this time the chairs would like to solicit
volunteers to write Change Proposals for this issue.

If no Change Proposals are written by the WG meeting on December 17, this
issue will be closed without prejudice.
