FW: Text for Unicode Useful Resources

Folks,

I think it would be good to add the following to http://www.w3.org/International/resources#tools as well as the Unicode page. They are my own personal tools, rather than W3C supported.

What do you think?

Hi Rick,

The page http://www.unicode.org/onlinedat/resources.html points to my popular Unicode Pickers, Converter and UniView, but with no explanatory text. Could you please update the page to read as follows:

Unicode Character Pickers
HTML-based. Quickly create phrases in a script by clicking on Unicode characters arranged in a way that aids their identification. Covers Arabic, Armenian, Bengali, Devanagari, Basic Ethiopic, Gurmukhi, Hebrew, IPA, Latin & diacritics, Malayalam, Tamil, Thai, Tifinagh.

UniView Unicode Database Viewer
HTML-based. Look up characters, character blocks, paste in and discover unknown characters, store your own info about characters, search on character names, do hex/dec/ncr conversions, highlight character types, etc. etc. Supports Unicode 4.1.0.

[Please also change the link for the above to http://people.w3.org/rishida/scripts/uniview/descn ]

Unicode Code Converter
HTML-based. Convert between characters, Unicode code point numbers, UTF-8 and UTF-16 code units in hex, and Numeric Character References (hex and decimal).

[Please also change the link for the above to http://people.w3.org/rishida/scripts/uniview/conversion ]

Many thanks

RI
