I guess you misunderstood me. There is no Apache FOP spec. FOP is an
implementation of W3C's XSL-FO spec. The spec is the W3C XSL-FO spec. Which
is at version 1.1 [1], but a version 2.0 was drafted [2], which, though not
actively being pursued at this time, does not mean it won't be in the
future (in the W3C).

Some persons in this thread/forum have implied that XSL-FO is dead. I am
merely disputing such imputations.
