I don't have answers to you, sorry about that, but I guess it'd work better if
you could open another bug, since this was not covered in the original
description, and this bug was already fixed in a good way as far as I
understand.

Also if I understand correctly, what you raised is about <bdo> and
bidi-override in general, while this bug is about iso-8859-8. Having a separate
bug might work for all of us to discuss and handle easier.
