Re: [clreq] 不处理行首行尾禁则的情况 (#624)

虚拟终端/终端模拟器不处理标点禁则，可能不是「必须的 feature」；某种程度上是「历史原因遗留的缺陷」。

目前我日常使用的终端模拟器中，就有能处理中文标点禁则的例子。在具体使用中，似乎没有产生用户体验下滑；而处理禁则带来的排版准确性和文本阅读便利性，应当作为值得认可/推荐的 feature。

以下录屏的 app 是 [Warp](https://www.warp.dev/)，行尾冒号有正确的禁则处理表现：
