Some parts of the document that are not considered body/main text should be able to be skipped when searching, such as [ruby](https://github.com/w3c/jlreq/issues/255), [Warichu, and other annotations](https://github.com/w3c/jlreq-d/issues/45#issuecomment-1824988293).
