xfq has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/klreq: == Quotation marks == https://w3c.github.io/klreq/#writing-dir-mark In horizontal writing mode, we currently mention these quotation marks: ``` ‘ [U+2018], ’ [U+2019], “ [U+201C], ” [U+201D] ``` Do we need to mention the quotation marks used in North Korea?
