[i18n-drafts] [articles/typography/linebreak] Arabic justification (#471)

xfq has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/i18n-drafts:

== [articles/typography/linebreak]  Arabic justification ==
[source] (https://www.w3.org/International/articles/typography/linebreak) [en]

> Arabic language content doesn't usually permit hyphenation, but Uighur does, even though they both use the Arabic script. (Note, that Arabic provides a range of alternative methods to lengthen or shorten lines during justification.)

The second sentence doesn't make it clear it is referring to the Arabic script or the Arabic language. I'm guessing it's referring to the Arabic script, but I think the article should make it clear.
