* Initial section reordering

While I wait for Richard's help, started to restructure the sections per discussion. This unblocks "South Asian scripts" into smaller specific sections, moves the former 2.1 intro paragraph to the end of the 2.0 intro, and tweaks a few other things.

@r12a pay attention to the work I did explaining Kashmiri (which I generalized to other non-Arabic-language-Arab languages) in the Arabic section and see if that sits right with you now.

* Fix examples

* Remove the extraneous links in code points for Bengali example
* Refactor the example table for other script
* Minor text tweaks

@r12a The Gujarati example looks like it is misspelled, although I took it from the doc in #10. I eliminated the Odia example because it was two seemingly unrelated strings. It would be nice to have anuswara/visarga/candrabindu examples from other scripts to put here. Do you have any handy?

* Further updates from comments

I incorporated the example provided by @r12a from the Malayalam doc, although not quite verbatim. I extensively edited to separate the general observation (outside the `aside`) from the script-specific example.

I also restyled the example to match this document.

I edited the material on Arabic script.

In the preview, look at the section 2.1.10 ( `#visually-identical-non-canonical` )

* fix `uname` style; fix typo

Fixed the missing `U+0901` for one instance of candrabindu.

Added `.uname` to local.css because that style was currently missing :-(.
