r12a has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/elreq: == Interaction of quotes and wordspace == Wikipedia contained the following: (ምርጫዎችዎን ፡ ከመረጡ ፡ በኋላ ፡ «ይቆጠብ» ፡ የሚለውን ፡ እንዲጫን ፡ ያረጋግጡ።) A wordspace appears outside the quote marks. Is this normal practice? The wordspace characters are also preceded by a space. I assume that that is _not_ normal practice?
