xfq has just submitted a new pull request for https://github.com/w3c/clreq: == Rewrite the line breaking section == Fix #220. **Note that I didn't change the description in [Appendix A](http://0.0.0.0:8000/#tables_of_chinese_punctuation_marks) for now.** I'm not a big fan of maintaining the same information in two different places. @ryukeikun Do you know why the editors added the prohibition rules in the appendix?
