r12a has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/elreq:

== Allow toggle between numerals for page numbering ==
Assumed to be same as for English, in general. However, <a href="https://w3c.github.io/elreq/#h_page_numbering">elreq proposes</a> that users should be able to toggle between European and Ethiopic numerals for the page numbering.
