r12a has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/jlreq: == Poor level of support for vertical form controls == One major gap is handling of vertical text in forms. Only the <span class="pass">Firefox</span> desktop browser does a good job of this. <a href="https://www.w3.org/International/tests/repo/results/writing-mode-vertical#rl_forms">See test results</a>. <span class="fail">Other browsers</span> fail resoundingly in terms of orienting form controls vertically and displaying text vertically inside them. More Tests: <a href="https://w3c.github.io/i18n-drafts/articles/vertical-text/index-data/vertical-form.html" target="text">standard syntax</a> • <a href="https://w3c.github.io/i18n-drafts/articles/vertical-text/index-data/vertical-form-pref.html" target="text">proprietary syntax</a> Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/jlreq/issues/167 using your GitHub account
