xfq has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/jlreq:

== Furiwake in horizontal writing mode? ==
In [ยง 3.7.2 Furiwake Processing](https://w3c.github.io/jlreq/#id267):

> In the same furiwake block, the top positions of all the furiwake-gyou lines are aligned.

Is furiwake only used in vertical writing mode, or it is used in horizontal writing mode as well? If it's used in horizontal writing mode, it may be better to replace "top positions" with "beginning".
