himorin has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/klreq: == [css-text] Need additional value of word-break for Korean == original: https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/4285 i18n-tracker: https://github.com/w3c/i18n-activity/issues/768 Short summary: "keep-all-hangul" is proposed, from discussions on how to handle word-break normal for user generated contents. In a document that where all parts are properly language tagged, * { word-break: normal; } lang(ko) { word-break: keep-all; } achieves the desired behavior, but it is not easy to be applied for user generated contents. Several options are pointed, and also introducing "keep-all-hangul" is proposed (see original). Question is these considerations and modifications reflect current Korean writing practice?
