behnam has just submitted a new pull request for https://github.com/w3c/alreq: == Drop h_ from section ids == Drop `h_` from section ids and add `figure-` to all figure ids. Also fix a couple of broken internal links. Note: This breaks most old bookmarks/links, but I assume it's fine, since it's a one-time change that's better done earlier rather than later. Follow up: need to unify usage of underscore vs. hyphen-minus. See https://github.com/w3c/alreq/pull/149
