Just add: Therefore, casefolding I to i would change the meaning of text in Turkish.

The reason this is presented from the lowercase form is that the capital I with dot is the surprising form and having it revealed at the end of walking the user through the example works better than the other way around. A simple added sentence, as above, will tie it back into the discussion.
