[clreq] 兒化音的注音符號標示方式

YuRen-tw has just created a new issue for

> "Due to the limitations of annotating single Han character, the 
Zhuyin annotations fail to indicate the continuity of Erhuayin and the
 change of the final sound"
> 「注音符號受制於其標注單個漢字的局限，難以準確表達兒化音節的連續性及韻母變音，需要在正文或附注中額外說明」

在臺灣的國文教科書裡面，對於兒化音中「兒」字的注音符號，有將ㄦ標示在明顯偏上方的位置，以表達兒化音節連續性的特殊作法。
（韻母變音的部分雖有變音規則，但少見標注在漢字邊）
