[i18n-activity] How to set bidi overrides?

> The tts:direction attribute is used to specify a style property that
 defines the directionality of an embedding or override according to 
the Unicode bidirectional algorithm.

It's not clear how to set an override rather than an embedding.  For 
that you may need values such as `rlo` and `lro`.
