aphillips has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/i18n-activity: == English idiom (non-I18N)(editorial) == https://w3c.github.io/websub/ The abstract says in part: > As opposed to more developed (and more complex) pubsub specs like Jabber Publish-Subscribe [XEP-0060] this spec's base profile (the barrier-to-entry to speak it) is dead simple. This is difficult to read. The English idiom would be better written as: > As opposed to more developed (and more complex) pubsub specs like Jabber Publish-Subscribe [XEP-0060] this spec's base profile (the barrier-to-entry, so to speak) is very simple. While "dead simple" is accurate, it is a bit of hyperbole. I would probably just eliminate the "so to speak" in my version as well.
