About keyboard layouts, CLDR already has a collection of vendor-defined layouts: http://cldr.unicode.org/index/charts/keyboards Some of the layouts are based on standards and are reliable, like `fa-t-k0-osx-isiri.xml`. Some of the layouts have problems or are not up-to-date, like `fa-t-k0-android.xml`.
