While working on “4.2 justification” section, we needed some 
explanation about not spacing joined letters. Section “2.3 joining” 
seems like a better place for it.

This PR expands “2.3 joining” a little bit by adding a diagram that 
shows a dual-joining letter and adding an explanation about how 
joining affects spacing letters.
