Re: [alreq] Arabic decimal/thousand separator

Looking in that section, I see more oddities as well.
* U+00AB and U+00BB are the preferred quotation marks in Arabic, but 
usually a rounded variant is used (that looks like small (( and )) 
rather than << and >>).
* U+00D7 and U+00F7, U+0640, U+2026 and U+2212 are used in Arabic of 
course.
