[charmod-norm] Pull Request: Modified references to East Asian width

Removed the explicit reference to East Asian width from the table, 
using the suggested terminology 'width variation' to match UAX15.

Modified description text to be more generic. Added a reference to 
UAX11 (since nearly all width variations have their origin in East 
Asian width properties and legacy encodings: best not to ignore that) 
and also to UTR50 (which explains vertical presentation forms).
