The following commits were just pushed by r12a to https://github.com/w3c/clreq: * document now uses js to add lang="zh" wherever there is a data-lang="zh", but no lang attribute previously assigned. the onload event should be removed from the final publication version created for TR (since the TR version generated by respec already has the lang attributes in the code). by r12a https://github.com/w3c/clreq/commit/1a0a0d24b00074fc6b29c95c974b49e8164a0a77
