r12a has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/clreq: == generated ids in chinese version == fyi, our chinese version threw up a couple of bugs in respec. Robin Berjon has filed a fix already, and it will be reviewed soon, at which point the generated ids should hopefully go away. See https://github.com/w3c/clreq/issues/68
