Joining Arabic letters, again and again.

Not really an issue.

Here are some pictures I took recently. The front of a theater with 
words in Arabic, and a display in a store with the word "tobacco"  in 
Arabic. Letters are not joined.

I suspect the rendering tool used for those purpose. The tool might 
recognize Arabic letters and pick up corresponding fonts, but fails to 
do post processing as required to correctly render Arabic text.
