For what it's worth, another source of inspiration for issues that need 
to be addressed is the Gap Analysis document template at

Each section contains a set of suggested topics for consideration.

Also, you'll see a link in a digest email tomorrow to a new CSS issue 
related to zero width space which may or may not have some relevance to 
cursive scripts like N'Ko and Adlam.
