Recent highlights: 1. EmotionML transitioned to CR on May 10 (http://www.w3.org/News/2012#entry-9449). Along with the spec, we published a companion Note, Emotion Vocabularies (http://www.w3.org/TR/2012/NOTE-emotion-voc-20120510/) that defines sets of vocabularies that can be used with EmotionML for recognizing, synthesizing, and annotation emotions. 2. The MMI Architecture and Interfaces spec is still in CR, but we're hoping to get the final implementation reports in the next few weeks. 3. I'll be giving a presentation at SpeechTEK (www.speechtek.com) on EmotionML.
