* Widget specs: because of spec changes will need to publish new LCWDs 
of at least the Packaging and Configuration spec and Widget Interface 
spec (and perhaps the Digital Signature for Widgets spec too)

* Planning to publish a LCWD of WebIDL in March

* Planning to publish a new LCWD of DOM 3 Events in Feb/March
