Dear all I've just created a pull request [1] with so called release candidate of the specification. While it is not a real release candidate as it is missing solution for retracting operations [2], it is fully moved to markdown document that is a source for fully fledge HTML document created with `bikeshed` tool (same that we use for extensions). It is mostly the document created by the community through all those years, but with some paragraphs reorganized, updated diagram, fixes and I believe the most important - examples for all of the use cases I could think of.
