Re: Question about IriTemplateMapping

I remember there were at least two ways of providing multiple values
for query string keys:

1. http[s]://some.domain/segment/file?key=value1&key=value2
2. http[s]://some.domain/segment/file?key=value1,value2

There was not specific standard but these two were supported by some
frameworks (former is supported i.e. by .net framework).
It's more related to Url construction and Iri template resolution
rather than to hypermedia.
Your client could throw all the values it's got so the server can
decide whether to allow the operation or not.
