New hydra features

Dear hydranians

I've just created a pull request on the Specification's repo [1] with
some of the hydra vocabulary extensions that I hope will fill the gap
between what hydra can do now and what it should to be a real
alternative for other solutions available in the wilderness.

Please feel free to elaborate and take your time to review these changes.

I don't expect this imperfect attempt will end up as it is in the
final specification, but I hope it will start a (quick?) path to have
a strong hydra vocabulary enabled for some scenarios we all struggled
to implement.

I'll also provide in some time in future a proper Heracles.ts
modifications that will reflect these changes so we can see how it
would work.

This is my first real attempt on writing something formal and of
possibly great importance, so please, be gentle :)

Regards

Karol
