Dear Hydranians

I'd love to announce that we've gained a brand new hydra client, this
time for .net platform.

At our GitHub there is a Heracles.net repo [1] of this client written
in C#. It is conceptually and technically close to it's original
Heracles.ts client, thus most (if not all) examples in cookbook should
be in force.

The client is also available on NuGet [2] (package repository for
.net) for older .net framework 4.6.1 and newer, .net Standard 2.0
versions.

Feel free to check it and drop any feedback!
