How to attend/run a telecon

Hi folks,

I noticed there was some confusion at the beginning of this week's telecon
in regard to scribing etc. I just published a page documenting how to attend
and run a telecon which also includes instructions on how to scribe. I guess
most of you are already familiar with almost all of it apart of maybe the
existence of the scribe tool.
