Revisiting ISSUE-16

Hi folks,

While working on PR-143 [1] we discovered another use case that would
benefit from having hydra:memberTemplate that was previously discarded in
ISSUE-16 [2]. Unless someone objects, we will resolve ISSUE-16 by
introducing hydra:memberTemplate. It will enable clients to directly access
members of a collection given it has the necessary information to resolve
the IRI template and to create new members with partially client-controlled
URLs..
