Link Hints

Hi, Hydrians!

I just wanted to make everyone aware of an I-D Mark Nottingham is
working on, called "Link Hints":

It might be relevant because it's about hypermedia controls. Some sort
of interoperability between hypermedia in the Link HTTP header and
Hydra would be good, I guess.

I'm sure Mark would welcome contributions to the draft, if you have
anything to contribute. :-)
