Feedback welcome for early HTTP-problem-RDF draft

Hi, 

work on the HTTP-problem I-D has started, thanks to the group and to @dret for giving this effort a home :-) 

An initial, unofficial working draft is at [1].

Feedback is most welcome. The idea is that hydra and the json-ld ecosystem might profit from it later, if http-problem gains wide adoption.
