That's fine. But why do you have to inaccurately refer to our LOD Cloud 
Cache as being centralized and/or un-web-like, in your post?

All we have is a Linked Open Data collective culled from loaded data 
sets. The HTTP URIs that denote the subjects, predicates, and objects of 
the 61 Billion+ RDF based entity relationships are unaltered. Thus, you 
simply use this cache as a data-junction-box for lookups and 
follow-your-nose based discover of data.

As I keep on trying to make clear to you. The more the merrier. Linked 
Open Data isn't a zero sum affair.
