Resolve ISSUE-17 by naming the datatype for RFC6570 IRI templates hydra:Rfc6570Template from Markus Lanthaler on 2015-01-18 (public-hydra@w3.org from January 2015)

Since there have been no objections, I'm marking ISSUE-17 [1] as

RESOLVED: The name of the datatype for RFC6570 IRI templates is
hydra:Rfc6570Template. Other datatypes will follow this naming pattern.

The issue will be closed when the changes have been implemented in the
specification - which should be very soon given that Ruben already created a
PR [2] that only needs a little tweaking before being merged.
